Zen not working properly on new lap top

Since getting my new laptop which has windows 10 I am unable to connect to any of my other devices using zen as it only shows my laptop and none of the others. there is also no + button next to the device to add devices again which is most puzzling. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled this has not mad any difference. Any help I would be most grateful for.
Amanda, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
