Zen/TuneUp/Other

Hi Paul,
you can't just uninstall Zen from AVG Protection, but you can uninstall it entirely and that install AVG Free back.
Please note that it is not recommended to have multiple real time protection.
Thanks

Thank you for your reply, Zbynek.  Although very much in the beginner category I do understand the potential for conflict in these programs, and am being as cautious and thoughtful as my skills allow.  Unfortunately, what I have is what I must go with, and had to get pretty aggressive whin I first started on this Byzantine coffe pot.  This is a pretty old MSI, and has not been treated well.  I have made much progress in my education and with clean-up and running restoration.  AVG, even the free version, has really made a positive impact in both areas.  Since my original mail I have eliminated Adware Removal Tool 3.9, SUPERantispyware, and Zen, but have kept Malwarebytes.  I am currently trying the trial version of Internet Security, and have posted another question regarding this program.  Once again, thankyou.

WDO's 7 32-bit, SP-1 (or 3). Have AVG2015 Free & Zen Free.  Having problems with Zen - context window shows up blank, with only '-' & 'X' , which don't work, have to close by clicking pop-up window on task bar. Seems to be no problem with 2015.  Both programs have basic 1-click maintenance and Auto TuneUp. Is there conflict?  Can I uninstall Zen w/o damaging 2015?  If uninstall Zen can I also uninstall VisualStudio, or will that affect 2015?  Ran severaI scans with what I have and only got (from techsupportall.com) out of Adware Removal Tool v3.9.1 (which I used to eliminate V9, SaferSurf, and others) these:
C:\program files\AVG\AVG PC TuneUp\data\lco_alpha_OperaSpeedDialSearch_32x32.png
C:\program files\AVG\AVG PC TuneUp\data\lco_alpha_OperaSpeedDial_32x32.png
Adware v3.9 is showing them under "Files", and treating them like they need to be eliminated.
Don't know a whole lot, but aren't png's images, and is it possible that these are responsible for the missing images in the Zen box?  Corrupted? Should I just uninstall ALL (2015, Zen, Tune-up, 1-click, FMW-1, VisualStudio) my AVG and re-install only 2015?  If so, is there a particular order of uninstallation that should be followed? Should I download 2015Free, disconnect from the internet, uninstall all the AVG, re-install 2015, and then reconnect to the internet and do initial updates? Can I do that?  Manual follow-ups on any files?  I am also using SUPERAntispyware, Malwarebytes 2.0, SpywareBlaster, CCleaner, REVO Uninstaller, Security Essentials.
