Could you please share us the screenshot of the page (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which shows the error message while connecting to zoom?

I have recently downloaded AVG ultimate on laptop now zoom unresponsive for my business meetings, looked in tune up and its not sleeping, please help.
